Job Title

1. Financial Modelling and Valuation: Objective: Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support valuation, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes. Build and refine detailed financial models to analyze potential investments, fund raising models, feasibility study models, IPO models etc. Conduct valuations using various methodologies such as DCF, capital budgeting techniques, comparative analysis, and precedent transactions. Prepare sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities under different scenarios. 2. Project Structuring and Financing: Objective: Lead the structuring and financing of large-scale projects, including the preparation of detailed financial analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project finance structures, including debt and equity components. Liaise with banks, investors, and other financial institutions to secure funding. Prepare and present financial packages and project reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. 3. Business/Equity/Industry Research: Objective: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, industry developments, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategies and investment decisions. Gather and analyze data on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor performance. Prepare research reports and white papers that provide insights into industry dynamics and emerging opportunities. Support strategic planning with detailed equity and market analysis.
