Attention to detail: Content Moderators need to carefully review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines.2. Language Proficiency: Demonstrate fluency in Hindi , Bengali & English to effectively moderate content, communicate with users, and understand context during live video sessions.3. Problem-solving abilities: The ability to handle challenging situations and make fair decisions is crucial for maintaining a healthy online community.4. Work in Shifts: As live video sessions may run 24/7, the moderator may need to work in shifts to provide continuous coverage.5. Team player: The Content Moderator will work closely with other team members, including our User Support and UGC teams, to address issues promptly and collaboratively.6.
