And that's exactly what Urban Ground offers. 100% Digital, contactless end-to-end tenancies with multi-lingual support to working professionals from all across the globe relocating to Europe.Urban Ground is on a strong growth path and currently looking for a German Language Specialist in our Lead-Gen team to help us gain more tenants in a sustainable fashion.ResponsibilitiesAdvertise properties on various classified portals and track it from time-to-timeCommunicate with prospects over calls and email (warm calling), gather their requirements and suggest suitable properties from portfolioArrange appointments with prospects to schedule property viewingsFollow-up for documents, contract signatures and organise handoversExplain Urban Ground business model to landlords, who contact us directly and pass on the strong leads to sales teamQualificationsHighly fluent in German Language (C1) - spoken.Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to relate with people and to sell the business concept of Urban Ground.Prior experience of in outbound calls would be an added advantage.CRM experience is preferredPlease note that this would be a 100% remote position (work from home) in CET time zone as a consultant to the German entity
