HireGenie works with leading consulting firms, corporates and startups in India and Middle East region to assist them in building their Finance team.Location: RemoteRoles and Responsibilities:Manage the entire recruitment cycle for finance-related positions.Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified finance professionals.Work closely with clients to understand job requirements and expectations.Ensure timely closures of open positions.Skills:Strong understanding of finance and accounting job roles.Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Role Requirements:Prior experience in finance recruitment or talent acquisition.Knowledge of different sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in finance hiring.Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturday half day)Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards.Contact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact Ayush at ayush@.
