Job Title:  Fit Technician – Womenswear (Fast Fashion) Location:  Gurgaon Job Type:  Full-Time About Us:  We are looking for an experienced Fit Technician  to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the perfect fit and flawless execution of our designs. Key Responsibilities: Fit Interpretation:  Work closely with the design team to interpret design sketches and tech packs into accurate patterns. Pattern Development:  Collaborate with the pattern master team to create and modify patterns that meet design and fit standards. Fit Approvals:  Conduct fit sessions, identify fit issues, and ensure timely approvals by suggesting necessary adjustments. Technical Expertise:  Ensure consistency in sizing and fit across styles, considering fabric behavior and garment construction techniques. Quality Standards:  Monitor and maintain high-quality fit and finish standards in line with brand requirements. Problem Solving:  Identify and troubleshoot fit-related issues during sampling and production stages. Cross-Functional Coordination:  Liaise with designers, production teams, and manufacturers to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve technical challenges. Requirements: Minimum 5 years  of experience as a Fit Technician or similar role in womenswear  (preferably fast fashion). Strong understanding of pattern making, garment construction, and grading . Expertise in conducting fit sessions and providing accurate feedback. Ability to work in a fast-paced  environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in pattern software like Gerber, Lectra,  or similar is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
