Job Title: QA Lead Experience: 4 to 6 Years Department : IT Job Overview: Job Title: Lead QA Engineer We are looking for a QA Lead to take ownership of ensuring the delivery of high-quality products across our Website, Desktop, and Mobile Applications. The ideal candidate will manage the QA team, establish best practices, and drive both manual and automation testing efforts. Responsibilities • Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring best practices and high-quality test execution. • Take ownership of testing different modules across multiple platforms (Website, Desktop, Mobile). • Define and implement QA processes, including test planning, test execution, and defect tracking. • Drive both Manual and Automation testing efforts for various projects. • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar automation tools. • Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to improve overall product quality. • Ensure effective bug tracking and test case management using JIRA. • Maintain test documentation in Confluence/GitLab. • Advocate for Agile testing methodologies and ensure QA integration in sprint cycles. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during testing. Requirements • 4-6 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey QA insights. • Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. • Proficiency in Selenium or similar test automation frameworks. • Hands-on experience in testing CRM/ERP systems (Nice to have). • Experience working in an Agile environment with tools like JIRA. • Knowledge of test management and version control tools (GitLab, Confluence). Nice to Have • Exposure to performance testing and CI/CD pipelines. • API testing experience using Postman or similar tools. • Experience setting up test automation frameworks from scratch.
