Job Description - Paid Ad Specialist We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels. Experience in managing B2B industry campaigns and knowledge of programmatic ad buying will be a strong advantage. Requirements and skills 1-2 years of experience in paid media campaign management, preferably in the B2B space. Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & Display), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in campaign performance tracking and reporting. Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking. Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts and platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. Education and experience Bachelor’s degree in any stream Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads certification. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
