Industry: IT / Technology / Product-Based Organization Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives across global platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand's voice, driving engagement, and expanding our online presence in the technology and IT products space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns, a deep understanding of the Global IT market, and expertise in aligning content with brand and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, targeting IT and technology product audiences. • Identify trends, target audiences, and market opportunities, • Lead social media campaigns from conception to execution, monitoring effectiveness and ROI. • Curate and create high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written content, that resonate with target audiences. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across social media platforms while tailoring content to each channel’s unique format and audience preferences. • Oversee the production and scheduling of content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels. • Actively engage with the online community, responding to inquiries, managing feedback, and fostering positive relationships with followers and influencers. • Monitor and manage the brand’s online reputation, proactively addressing any issues or crises as they arise. • Utilize analytics tools to track social media KPIs, analyse performance data, and generate insights to inform future campaigns. • Provide regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement. • Continuously optimize content strategies based on performance metrics and audience feedback. • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to support product launches and initiatives. • Work with external agencies, partners, and influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement. • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. • Experiment with new formats, tools, and campaigns to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation. Independent, driven, self-starter, can develop and create content, be responsible from end-to-end Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. • 10-15 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a technology or product-based industry. • Strong understanding of social media channels, content strategies, and analytics. • Proven experience with social media platforms, tools, and trends relevant to IT and tech product audiences. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
