Post approval purchasing, packing and dispatching gifts to the clients 10. Organising lunch/ dinner every quarter for GDC Mumbai employees 11. Maintaining marketing material stock 12. Co-ordinate for exhibitions/events like Big Cine Expo 13. Co-ordinate with sales team in India to get onboard the agency for GDC booth set up 14. Co-ordinate with the vendors and insurers to get quotes for stock insurance for events 15. Co-ordinate with the vendor for housekeeping services. 16. Co-ordinate with accounts team for timely payments of Landline, Conference, Internet and Data card bills. 17. Co-ordinate with Insurer and employee for claims of GMC. 18. Ensure all govt rules and regulations are updated in timely manner in Employee Handbook. 19. Co-ordinate with Managers for Engineers timely technical training 20. Co-ordinate with HK HR for processing salary for GDC Dubai employee Pre Recruitment process 1. To get the requirements from the department heads, prepare Job description and Co coordinating with recruitment partners to get relevant candidates. 2. Scrutinise and take approval from the head if it’s new requirement. 3. Prepare recruitment budget along with co-ordination for the same. Recruitment 1. Recruit candidates using various sourcing channels & collaborate closely with hiring managers, throughout the recruiting process to ensure, we meet the hiring needs and goals. 2. Co-ordinate with candidate for technical interview and any technical test if required. 3. Regularly follow-up with respected team for the interview feedback. 4. For the recruited candidate, prepare the draft of the salary structure and organise for Pre employment checks (Background checks), after the candidate accepts the offer. 5.
