Here’s what you will do – Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition. Manage ad network and publisher relationships, negotiate rates, and oversee campaigns. Lead full-funnel experiments from ideation to analysis, identifying scaling opportunities. Test new growth platforms, channels, and partnerships. Collaborate with Data Analytics and Product teams for cross-functional growth opportunities. Create and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau to track growth. Apply A/B testing to refine marketing strategies. Analyze data for actionable insights and continuous improvement. What are we looking for – Proven track record in driving user acquisition, growth, and data-driven marketing strategies. Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau). Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Desired Skills- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Publishers, media planning, Programmatic or Search (Facebook, Google Ads etc.) Can-do attitude - keen to learn new skills, pro-active, and takes ownership over tasks.
