The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees. Co-ordinating with Contractors to arrange timely suitable manpower as per operation department's demand. Managing Housekeeping, security, Liasoning with Govt Offices and Labor Department for statutory compliance. Taking care of EHS statutory requirements. Responsible for Employee Training, Engagement, Travel and recreation activities in the organization, in consultation with management. Ensuring updated HR - admin records of on roll as well as contractual employees and presenting desired record during Audit. Any other task or work which is assigned by management time to time. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant experience. 10+ years' experience in Human Resources. Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills. Attention to detail and good judgement. Languages speak & write, Marathi, Hindi & English.
