Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective buyers or tenants. Property Sales & Negotiation: Guide clients through the property buying process, from initial consultation to closing the deal. Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to clients. Negotiate property deals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company. Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth transactions. Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and local market conditions. Provide clients with insights on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. Prepare competitive market analysis (CMA) reports to help clients make informed decisions. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor and track performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager or team lead. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives. Customer Service & Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Address client inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly. Maintain long-term relationships with clients for potential future business opportunities. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including junior sales agents, administrative staff, and management. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members when required. Marketing & Promotional Activities: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies for properties, including online listings, advertisements, and open houses. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to increase visibility and attract potential clients.
