Position: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Mohali, Punjab (100% Onsite) Experience: 3+ years Shift: 4PM - 1AM IST (Alternate Saturdays are working) Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing & Advertising: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Tik-Tok, Snapchat etc.). Manage paid ad campaigns, optimize ad performance, and maximize ROI. Analyze engagement metrics and audience insights to refine content strategy. Google Ads & Paid Media Campaigns: Create, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Display Network, and YouTube Ads to drive high-quality leads. Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking. Work on campaign structuring, keyword strategy, and bid management. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop and manage digital campaigns focused on lead acquisition, conversion optimization, and customer retention. Implement remarketing strategies and conversion tracking techniques. Optimize digital advertising budgets to maximize lead generation and minimize acquisition costs. Email & Content Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automation strategies. Coordinate with content writers and designers to create compelling marketing materials, ad copies, and creative assets. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvements. Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance-tracking tools to monitor marketing KPIs. Qualifications & Skills Required: 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in social media, paid advertising, and performance marketing). Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube). Hands-on experience with paid advertising, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and ad management platforms. Ability to develop and implement paid marketing strategies that drive ROI. Proactive mindset with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
