Exp :13- 15 years Skills : Marketing, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and execute personalized account-based marketing campaigns (1-1, 1-Few) to drive awareness and engagement resulting in net new sales opportunities with target accounts. • Work with Industry and Content teams to develop campaign themes and assets that are driven around industry or customer specific imperatives and pain points. • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams and project manage campaign across marketing channels (social networks, paid ads, blog, display, web and email) that lead to pipeline acceleration in our ABM campaigns. • Continually monitor and iterate on campaign efforts after launch to optimize and drive incremental leads. • Act as a liaison between the Marketing and Sales Teams to develop strategies and tactics designed to penetrate targeted accounts. • Responsible for the implementation, and management of effective ABM campaigns. • Help build an ABM scorecard to measure and track account engagement via various marketing channels. Qualifications: • 10-15 years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise IT services/SaaS. • Experience with ABM tools like DemandBase, 6Sense or Terminus. DemandBase experience is highly desirable. • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing ABM/ABX campaigns and target account programs. • Understanding of the marketing and sales funnel, buyer’s journey stages, and sales pipeline metrics. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
