About the Role: We are looking for a Graphic Designer  with expertise in AI-driven design tools  and a strong understanding of social media, BTL (Below-the-Line) print assets, and ATL (Above-the-Line) print ads.  The ideal candidate should be proficient in both static and motion graphics , capable of designing social media posts, stories, reels, video edits, flyers, standees, brochures, and print ads.  Key Responsibilities: AI-Driven Design: Utilize AI-based tools to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency. Social Media Content: Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and motion graphics for digital campaigns. BTL Collateral: Design flyers, standees, brochures, banners, and other offline marketing materials. ATL Collateral: Develop print ads, magazine layouts, and billboard designs. Brand Consistency: Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas. Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools. Experience with AI design tools like MidJourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, or similar. Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, and engagement strategies. Experience in both print and digital design. Ability to edit and create motion graphics, reels, and video content. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
