The candidate should be a Graduate/Post graduate with around 10-12 years relevant experience of handling branch office with a proven track record of handling the Freight Forwarding /Logistics business in the Region for both Air & Sea Freight business. Must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities would include organizing and controlling commercial activities, identify, contact new customers and retain the existing customer base, business development, optimizing revenue, customer support processes, achieve targets and contribute to the operating revenues by managing the P & L for the branch. Will have to ensure customer satisfaction, claim prevention, operational safety standards, office administration, regional accounting-MIS, payables, receivables etc. The candidate must be result oriented, mature and have a pleasant disposition.
