Job Description: Sea6 Energy is looking for a Packaging Development Executive who can develop and coordinate packaging material development and sourcing for our agri-biostimulant product and other upcoming new products. This role offers multidisciplinary exposure, including R&D, packaging design, production, quality testing, vendor management, and supply chain management. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting and innovative projects to develop cutting-edge products for the Agro, Animal Feed, Cosmetics, and Food Additive industries. Key Responsibilities: Development of packaging artworks Development of new products in current verticals Identifying cost-reduction options in packaging materials Vendor development to meet the production rate for current market requirements Testing various packaging materials Preparation of BOMs and Specifications Designing shippers for transit and executing transit trials Cross-functional collaboration and execution Required Qualifications: A PG Diploma or Graduate from a reputed packaging technology institute OR a science graduate with relevant work experience in packaging material development 2-4 years of experience in packaging material development and sourcing Knowledge of packaging development, printing, flexible and rigid packaging, bottles, sachets, and corrugated boxes Strong ability to interact with people from different disciplines, vendors, and consultants Willingness to travel to vendor locations when required Experience with ERP systems and quality systems (preferred) Good command of written and spoken communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must, while Tamil and Hindi are an advantage. Compensation: Commensurate with market standards and experience.
