Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all data of partners, their locations, and the appropriate setups for invoicing are updated in our platform and in the ERP system. Monitor any gaps that may arise due to missing setups and act swiftly to resolve them. Update transaction date related to enterprise customer orders, to ensure proper invoicing is achieved. Based on training provided by the company, manage configurations of the Servify platform to deliver the desired results. Troubleshoot issues faced by partners, identifying the root cause and providing a resolution for the same within the desired timelines. As part of the Operations team, learn the necessary skills to manage platform configurations across all our offerings. REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be familiar with the basic principles of how to raise an invoice in the following countries: (i) India, (ii) USA, (iii) Canada, (iv) UK, (v) Netherlands, (vi) UAE, (vii) Saudi Arabia, (viii) Turkey. This includes understanding the basic rules of local sales tax in the country and being aware of the applicable rates. Strong knowledge of advanced Excel functions, including all three types of lookup functions, text string modification such as MID, usage of multiple / nested IF statements, and using TRUE/FALSE logic to identify exceptions in Excel without macros. Experience in using advanced Excel tools to identify data gaps will be a bonus. Customer focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver value for the customer and the organization. Good communication skills are a must. Candidates must be able to write e-mails in clear and precise English.
