We offer competitive compensation and 28 leave days annually.Role and Responsibilities : We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Next.js and a strong focus on front-end performance optimization. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of building high-performance, user-friendly applications while continuously learning and expanding your technical skill set. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences and eager to adapt to new technologies, we want to hear from you! Design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications using Next.js and modern front-end technologies. Take a leadership role in front-end architecture, ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences. Continuously identify and implement performance enhancements for the front-end. Mentor team members and provide technical guidance. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the teamDesired candidate profile: Proven expertise in Next.js and modern front-end development with a focus on performance optimization. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and responsive design principles. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database integration. Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows. Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.Skills Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of advanced optimization techniques for front-end performance. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices. Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.
