Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Storytelling Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and fan engagement. Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with sports fans across multiple digital platforms. Maintain a consistent brand identity , ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines. Social Media & Digital Growth Lead branding efforts across Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and newsletters . Create viral, thumb-stopping content that enhances audience engagement. Optimize digital campaigns using data-driven insights for maximum impact. Community Engagement & Fan Growth Build and nurture an authentic sports community through interactive content, events, and activations. Leverage real-time trends, memes, and sports moments to spark fan conversations. Develop fan engagement strategies. Creative Direction & Content Strategy Work with designers, video editors, to develop high-quality marketing assets. Experiment with new content formats ( short-form videos, live streams, gamified content, etc. ). Ensure creative execution aligns with brand vision and digital trends. Analytics & Performance Optimization Track marketing performance and measure campaign impact using data-driven insights . Increase engagement rates, website traffic, and social media growth through strategic optimizations. A/B test creatives and messaging to maximize conversions and engagement . Influencer & Partnership Collaborations Work with sports influencers, athletes, agencies, and media partners to expand brand reach. Identify and execute strategic partnerships that enhance brand credibility and visibility . Qualifications: Branding & Marketing Pro – 4+ years of experience in creative marketing, branding building and strategy. Digital Native – You know your way around social media, content marketing, and digital trends. Creative & Strategic – You can dream up viral campaigns and back them up with smart strategies.
