As a Sales Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities. Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities. Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including negotiating terms and securing contracts. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or needs and fostering long-term partnerships.
