Job Description:The Google Ads Account Manager plays a vital role in both managing and optimizing paid search campaigns for our clients. Your task includes the creation and execution of Google Ads strategies along with their monitoring to generate qualified leads and achieve conversion goals.Key Responsibilities:Formulate complete Google Ads strategies that align with business goals and put them into action. Optimize and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across different Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube. Perform detailed keyword research and analysis to discover high-performing keywords. Develop persuasive ad copy and landing pages that drive increased click-through rates and higher conversion rates. Track key performance indicators such as impressions and clicks while executing data-informed optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness. Stay informed about the most recent trends in Google Ads as well as best practices and any updates to their algorithm. Work with your marketing team to integrate Google Ads campaigns smoothly into the broader marketing plans. Review campaign reports and develop strategies through virtual meetings with our clients.Qualifications:A minimum of five years practical experience using Google Ads is required. 5+ years customer service and/or sales experience. Solid knowledge of PPC advertising frameworks and industry standards Current Google Ads Search Certification Demonstrate proficiency in Google Ads tools and platforms including Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics. Advanced skills in the use of Google Apps including Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar. The candidate needs to demonstrate excellent analytical skills alongside strong data interpretation abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral). Salesforce experience will be considered an advantage though it is not mandatory. Applicants with Bachelor's degrees have an advantage although it is not mandatory.
