As we scale, we are looking for a Co-founder – Technology & Product who is passionate about startups, product innovation, and the real estate industry.Role & Responsibilities As a Co-founder, you will play a key role in shaping the technology and product roadmap of 360Property. Your responsibilities include: Leading the technology and product development of the platform. Designing, developing, and scaling web & mobile applications for real estate solutions. Building and managing a strong tech team (engineers, designers, and developers). Making strategic decisions on technology stack, architecture, and innovation. Driving AI, automation, and data-driven solutions for property management. Collaborating with business and marketing teams to align product strategy with business goals. Ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.Who Should Apply? We are looking for someone who: Has deep passion for startups and is willing to take ownership. Has experience in full-stack development, mobile apps, and scalable architecture. Understands real estate tech trends (preferred but not mandatory). Is a problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset. Has experience in leading product and tech teams.Investment & Equity A minimum investment is required to join as a Co-founder. This amount is solely for share security and bonding within the company. Initially, there will be no salary for2-3 monthsas the company is in the early stage.
