Job Summary:The Regional Operations Lead – West will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing store performance, and maintaining the highest service standards. This role demands a blend of strategic planning, leadership, and execution to scale operations efficiently.KRA:1. Multi-Store Operations & Performance Management • Oversee store operations and P&L across the West Region, ensuring compliance with brand standards. • Monitor key operational metrics like sales, customer experience, order fulfillment, and store efficiency. • Conduct regular audits to ensure stores adhere to operational SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards. 2. Business Growth & Process Optimization • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service speed and quality. • Collaborate with the central team to execute regional marketing campaigns, new product launches, and store openings. • Optimize inventory, supply chain, and vendor management to reduce costs and wastage.3. Leadership & Team Development • Lead, mentor, and train store managers and operational teams to improve performance.• Ensure smooth coordination between the corporate team, kitchen, and store-level staff. • Foster a high-performance culture with KPIs, regular check-ins, and structured performance evaluations. • Vendor & Supply Chain Management 4. Customer Experience & Brand Standards • Drive initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and in-store experience. • Implement training programs to ensure staff delivers consistent, high-quality service. • Address customer feedback and operational challenges proactively. Educational Qualification:• Experience in a coffee chain, QSR, or premium F&B brand is highly preferred. • MBA or certification in Operations, Retail Management, or Supply Chain is a plus.
