Dear All,We have huge openings for PDF Accessibility SpecialistRole Overview:This position focuses on ensuring digital documents, specifically PDFs, comply with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, and PDF/UA. The specialist will remediate PDFs, ensuring proper structuring, tagging, reading order, alt text, and accessibility for users with disabilities.Key Responsibilities:Remediate PDFs for Accessibility: Use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, CommonLook, PAC, and other tools to ensure compliance.Ensure Proper Tagging & Structure: Apply correct tags for headings, lists, tables, links, and other elements.Maintain Logical Reading Order: Organize document structure for screen readers and assistive technologies.Add Alternative Text (Alt Text): Provide meaningful descriptions for images and non-text elements.Accessible Forms & Navigation: Label form fields correctly and ensure keyboard accessibility.OCR & Searchable Text: Convert scanned PDFs into selectable and readable text.Interactive Forms & Complex Tables: Remediate interactive elements and complex table structures.Automated Accessibility Checks: Utilize tools to validate and correct accessibility errors.Identify & Fix Errors: Analyze and resolve document accessibility issues effectively.Scripting & Automation (Optional): Use scripts to streamline remediation tasks.Collaboration & Communication: Work with designers, developers, and compliance teams to implement accessibility best practices.Ideal Candidate:Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, CommonLook PDF Validator, and PAC.Strong understanding of WCAG, Section 508, and PDF/UA standards.Experience in remediating complex documents, interactive forms, and tables.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.Would you like me to refine the role further based on a specific industry or company need?Exp: 4-15 YearsNP: Immediate to 1 MonthLocation: ChennaiThose who are ready to relocate to Chennai can also applyNo of Openings: 15If you are interested send across your updated profile to christopher@Thanks,ChristopherHuman Resources TeamAmpera Diversity Pvt Ltd.,
