Your primary focus will be on lead generation efforts to support our global sales initiatives, specifically targeting businesses for the upcoming quarter (April to June). Note: This is a Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Full-Time Remote Role, starting with a one-month contract. For exceptional candidates, direct full-time employment can begin immediately. As a Business Development Manager, you will reach out to prospective clients, assess their needs, and identify qualified leads from high-quality contact databases for our sales team to pursue. Responsibilities: Conduct lead generation and prospecting through various channels including LinkedIn, email marketing, and other B2B sales strategies. Make outbound cold calls to potential clients using contact databases to understand their requirements and introduce Inzint’s IT services and solutions.Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential business clients in international markets.Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at driving new business opportunities. Monitor and report on the progress of lead generation efforts, ensuring targets are met for the next quarter. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of international business clients, cultivating long-term relationships to support future growth. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and accelerate business development in global markets. Focus on strategic outreach to key decision-makers within target companies, ensuring a personalized and effective sales approach. Must-Have Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage international clients effectively.Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying and connecting with potential B2B clients. Strong experience in B2B email marketing, including strategy, campaign execution, and client engagement. Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment while maintaining focus on international market demands. Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Rocket Reach, Upwork, and Instantly for lead generation. Experience with CRM systems and lead generation automation tools for efficient tracking and management of client relationships. Ideal Candidate Profile: 4+ years of experience in business development or lead generation, preferably in a B2B or international sales environment. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals with business clients. Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to assessing performance and refining lead generation strategies. Ability to meet sales targets, including performance-based goals and sales incentives. An immediate joiner to begin lead generation for the next quarter (April to June).
