Starting in 2017 with , the region’s homegrown e-commerce platform and leading online shopping destination, noon is now a digital ecosystem of products and services - noon, noon Daily, noon Food, NowNow, SIVVI, noon VIP, and noon Pay.What you'll do:Responsible for the full recruitment cycle and assist in maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidatesManages and takes pride in the candidate and stakeholder journey.Designs and implements progressive sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations to provide top-tier applicants access.Continuously develop networks and partnerships to actively build a strong pipeline of candidates.Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote referral programs and internal mobility opportunities.Creatively look for ways to increase the efficiency of the hiring process.What you’ll need:Bachelors in Business Management with an HRM major or a similar fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar roleAbility to operate across and manage multiple roles/functions at one time.Previous experience managing multiple/bulk roles at one time.Demonstrated knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting.Passion and understanding of employer branding trends.Must possess excellent oral/written communication, marketing, presentation, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.Self starter- can work independently as well as with the wider team.Highly collaborative with a can-do attitude.Previous experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Proven ability in working under high pressure, target-oriented job profile with a successful track recordWho will excel?The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
