Administration & Human Resource - Assistant ManagerLocation - Andheri (East), Mumbai Working Hours - 10:30 am to 07:00 pm (Monday to Friday) Administration1. Renewing all insurance policy on timely basis (Marine / Property / Medical Insurances, etc)2. Travel desk management (Booking flight + transportation + hotels)3. Taking care of office infrastructure and entire housekeeping4. Maintaining Leaves & Attendance record5. Admin procurement of Sundry items for Business purposes6. Organising cake cutting for staff birthday’s7. Celebration of festivals8. Preparing budget for purchasing Diwali festival gifts9. Post approval purchasing, packing and dispatching gifts to the clients10. Organising lunch/ dinner every quarter for GDC Mumbai employees11. Maintaining marketing material stock12. Co-ordinate for exhibitions/events like Big Cine Expo13. Co-ordinate with sales team in India to get onboard the agency for GDC booth set up14. Co-ordinate with the vendors and insurers to get quotes for stock insurance for events15. Co-ordinate with the vendor for housekeeping services.16. Co-ordinate with accounts team for timely payments of Landline, Conference, Internet andData card bills.17. Co-ordinate with Insurer and employee for claims of GMC.18. Ensure all govt rules and regulations are updated in timely manner in Employee Handbook.19. Co-ordinate with Managers for Engineers timely technical training20. Co-ordinate with HK HR for processing salary for GDC Dubai employee Pre Recruitment process1. To get the requirements from the department heads, prepare Job description and Co coordinating with recruitment partners to get relevant candidates.2. Scrutinise and take approval from the head if it’s new requirement.3. Prepare recruitment budget along with co-ordination for the same. Recruitment1. Recruit candidates using various sourcing channels & collaborate closely with hiringmanagers, throughout the recruiting process to ensure, we meet the hiring needs and goals.2. Co-ordinate with candidate for technical interview and any technical test if required.3. Regularly follow-up with respected team for the interview feedback.4. For the recruited candidate, prepare the draft of the salary structure and organise for Preemployment checks (Background checks), after the candidate accepts the offer.5. Preparation of the Employment contract and NDA.6. Joining Formalities7. Introduction and joining formalities8. Ensuring a smooth on-boarding of the candidate (creation of new email id, providingnecessary working tools and ensuring a formal introduction of his/her to the entire team).9. Maintaining the new joinee file10. Conducting exit interviews
