Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Conceptualization: •Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.•Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for upcoming projects.•Assist in the preparation of tenders, BOQs, cost estimates, and contracts.•Coordinate with architects, consultants, and design teams to finalize project blueprints.2. Execution & Project Management: •Oversee and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.•Supervise civil works, structural integrity, and MEP coordination.•Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. •Manage material procurement, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor activities.•Implement project tracking systems, conduct periodic progress reviews, and provide updates to management.3. Multi-Domain Project Handling: •Work across multiple domains, including commercial buildings, industrial projects, infrastructure, residential, and factory setups.•Adapt to varying project requirements, from high-rise developments to large-scale infrastructure. •Identify best construction methodologies based on project type and location.4. Team Leadership & Coordination: •Lead a team of engineers, site managers, and contractors to achieve project goals.•Conduct regular site visits, resolve execution challenges, and provide technical guidance. •Facilitate effective communication among Government stakeholders, cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth coordination between architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.5. Budget & Cost Control: •Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial forecasting.•Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering techniques.•Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maintain project profitability.6. Quality & Safety Assurance: •Ensure high-quality construction standards and adherence to safety protocols.•Conduct quality inspections, audits, and compliance checks throughout the project lifecycle. •Address any deviations and implement corrective measures to maintain project integrity.Preferred Experience:•15+ years of proven experience on Government Projects related to Infrastructure, Residential, Commercial and Environment.•Experience working on Government Projects with EPC contractors, developers, and infrastructure firms.•Exposure to large-scale Government projects with high budgets and complex structures.•Familiarity with modern construction techniques and sustainable building practices.
