Role:You will play a crucial role in supporting our Investor Relations team, assisting in variousactivities related to investor communications, relationship management, and strategic fundraising initiatives for our portfolio companies.Job description:1. Investor Onboarding: Connect to Venture Funds (VC), Family Offices (FO), High NetWorth Individuals (HNWI), Fund of Funds (FoF) and other relevant parties in theblockchain industry and build relations to onboard them in our ecosystem.2. Maintain investor database: Help maintain an accurate and up-to-date database. Inputand update their information, track communication history, and ensure data integrity.3. Assist in investor communication: Support the Investor Relations team in preparing anddistributing investor updates, newsletters, and other communications. Help maintain aregular cadence of engagement with stakeholders and respond to inquiries in a timelymanner.4. Fundraise of Portfolio Companies: Assist the IR team in fundraising campaigns for theportfolio companies and pitch practices. Set up Demo Days for portcoss, invite investorsand look after its operations.5. Conduct market research: Perform research and analysis on the blockchain andcryptocurrency industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and investmentopportunities. Help identify potential investors and partners for our portfolio companies.6. Coordinate investor meetings: Assist in organizing investor meetings and other events.Coordinate logistics, prepare presentation materials, and ensure smooth execution ofmeetings and events.7. Deal Sourcing: Create channels to bring in deals for our client and its sister companies.Eligibility Criteria:1. Strong interest in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, with a solid understandingof fundamental concepts.2. Proficient Communication with the ability to interact effectively with high-levelprofessionals, clients, and key stakeholders3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectivelycommunicate complex information.4. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.5. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data fromvarious sources.6. Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a dynamicteam.7. Proficient in the utilization of Airtable, Google Spreadsheets, and various CRM tools,and familiar with designing platforms such as Figma and Canva.
