Description The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with preschool founders, leaders, and key stakeholders in the early childhood education sector. The role also involves creating and executing partnership strategies to drive lead generation and sales, managing reseller partnerships, overseeing sales team development, driving product evolution through market feedback, and enhancing brand presence in the Indian market by leveraging TeachKloud’s premium positioning and innovative solutions.Roles and ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Partnerships:Identify, engage, and build relationships with preschool founders and key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships Conduct needs analysis and delivers tailored product pitches aligning with stakeholder requirements Negotiate contracts and manage high-value deals with a network of preschools Market Engagement and Brand Positioning:Actively participate in key early childhood education and ed-tech industry events, conferences, and trade shows to create opportunities and increase TeachKloud brand awareness Closely collaborate with the founder and digital marketing team to develop thought leadership content and whitepapers for market education Review the success stories testimonial content to be published on the website to create the brand credibility in India Customer Success and Retention:Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value preschool clients, ensuring excellent post-sale engagement and support Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to refine offerings and improve service delivery Conduct business reviews with partners to drive renewals, upsell opportunities, and long-term engagement Distributor & Reseller Management: Identify, onboard, and manage resellers and distribution partners to expand regional presence and sales pipeline Develop a structured framework for reseller enablement, including training programs, marketing support, and sales strategies Set clear KPIs for reseller performance and ensure alignment with TeachKloud’s brand and revenue goals Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to scale TeachKloud’s India GTM operations Establish sales processes, define targets, and implement best practices to improve team efficiency Act as a bridge between sales, product, and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies with business objectives Product Management: Conduct structured feedback sessions with users and internal teams to ensure product-market fit improvements Collaborate with the product team to drive localization and innovation based on India’s market needs Qualifications and Experience 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management in the edtech, SaaS, or preschool management domain Strong understanding of early childhood education market dynamics and stakeholder needs Prior experience in managing high-value partnerships and franchise-based sales models Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field SkillsStrategic relationship management and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills to assess partner needs and market trends  What we offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives- Career growth with opportunities to advance into senior leadership roles- Exposure to strategic decision-making and industry events- Collaborative, dynamic work environment with a passionate team
