Job Description: Customer Service Sales Support InternCompany: Rentifyr Technologies LLP Location: Panipat (On-site) Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹8,000 per month + Incentives & Bonuses About the Role: As an AC Rental Customer Service Sales Support Intern, you will play a key role in driving our AC rental operations during the peak season. Your primary responsibility will be to attend customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries, address their queries, and convert inbound leads into satisfied customers. You will also coordinate with our vendors to ensure timely installation of ACs for the customers you handle. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and business operations while contributing to the growth of a fast-paced rental services company. Key Responsibilities:- Attend customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries regarding AC rentals. - Provide detailed information about our AC rental services, pricing, and terms. - Convert leads into customers by addressing their needs and closing deals. - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely installation of ACs for customers. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to installation. - Work efficiently under pressure during high-demand or peak season periods.- Be flexible to work beyond official hours when required during peak season. Requirements:- Minimum qualification: 12th pass. - Good communication skills (calls will be attended in Hindi). - Ability to read and write in English (for WhatsApp messages and CRM updates). - Basic knowledge of using a laptop and mobile phone. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
