For more information, please visit .sg.Job purpose: Carry out the Stores activities, so as to meet the target set by the management and satisfy the business needs for various products that are produced in SFSI, in accordance with the agreed business plans of the Management Key Responsibilities· Handle operations of Dry / Chiller and Freezer Warehouse · Inventory controller for Raw Materials / Packing materials, consumables/chemicals & Finished Goods, in his respective areas· Responsible for Implementing Procedures and processes for Inventory Control of materials in all areas as guided by the managers· Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision. · Take care of receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintaining operations incl software / ERP· Ensure efficient space utilization.· Follow optimal operational policies and procedures in operations and Hygiene.· Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security· Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system· Report regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc) / Damages etc.· Receipt of FG from production and storage by type and history· The distribution of the goods to the customers Additional task completion as given by the manager Qualification • Any degree/diploma • At least 2+ years of direct experience in Stores • Willing to work in shifts and able to control staff. • Ability to communicate in English.
