The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and audit procedures, along with expertise in managing accounting operations in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (USGAAP).Auditing & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, statutory audits, and tax regulations.General Accounting: Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.Management Reporting: Preparing monthly reports for the top management. It will include consolidation of all subsidiaries and presenting Income Statement, Balance Sheet etc.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in financial planning, cash flow forecast, budgeting, and variance analysis.Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for financial efficiency.Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.Key Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.4-5 years of experience in accounting and auditing, preferably with a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in real estate, financial services, manufacturing, etc. is a plus.Exposure to internal audits, SOX compliance, or risk management.
