With a team of highly skilled professionals, the Company strives to combine unique vision, market knowledge, and a keen ability to execute any rehabilitation or new construction real estate developments including section 42 low-income housing tax credit deals. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled CPA or CA with 5-7 years of experience in the real estate lending industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IFRS and experience working with US real estate markets. This is a fully remote position based in India, requiring alignment with Eastern Time Zone working hours. Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.Ensure accurate financial reporting for real estate transactions.Prepare quarterly reporting to offshore investorsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for real estate projects.Manage general ledger reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing processes.Oversee British Virgin Island accounting, tax and regulatory reporting and related compliance issues.Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and property management. Qualifications & Skills:CPA (US) or CA (India) certification required.5-7 years of relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry.Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and real estate accounting principles.Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms preferred).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
