Robotex India is seeking a dynamic and impact-driven Program Manager to lead and scale our national initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of our programs across multiple cities.Why Join Robotex India?Shape the Future: Be at the forefront of STEAM education and workforce development.Drive National Impact: Lead large-scale programs creating opportunities for underserved students.Collaborate with Global Experts: Work with international academic institutions and industry leaders.Make a Difference: Play a crucial role in bridging the digital divide and empowering youth. ResponsibilitiesProgram Design & ImplementationOversee the execution and expansion of STEM education, robotics, AI, and employability training programs across various cities.Ensure program quality and standardization across all locations, managing technical trainers and on-ground implementation teams.Impact Analysis & ReportingConduct baseline-to-endline assessments to measure program effectiveness and learning outcomes.Design and execute impact evaluation frameworks, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for all programs.Develop and publish annual reports, impact studies, and whitepapers to showcase program success.Government Liaison & PolicyCollaborate with government bodies, education departments to drive policy-level impact and advocacy.Conduct and monitor SEA, POSH, Anti-Fraud policies on prevention and response. Engage an external human rights and law firm for regular audits. Quality Monitoring & EvaluationImplement data-driven quality monitoring systems to assess training effectiveness and learning retention.Conduct regular audits and field visits to ensure compliance with program objectives.Grant Applications & FundraisingIdentify and apply for CSR grants, government funding, and philanthropic support to expand program reach.Prepare compelling grant proposals, reports, and impact documentation.Team Management & LeadershipLead and mentor a team of technical trainers, project coordinators, and field staff, ensuring seamless program delivery. Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program in each city.Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to upskill school and college educators.Lead Events & CompetitionsSpearhead, ideate national and international robotics championships, hackathons, and innovation challenges.Promote initiatives like ‘Girls Who Build Robots’, in communities and schools focusing advocating gender inclusivity in STEM.QualificationsBachelor’s in Education, Social Impact, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree shall be an added advantage Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsExperience:8 years of experience in non-profits, education sector, program management, or CSR-funded initiatives.Expertise in impact analysis, quality monitoring, and program evaluation.Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and grant writing.Prior experience working with government bodies, NGOs, and corporate CSR teams.
