SummaryWe are a fully-female founded Fashion-Tech start-up that’s on a mission to change the way people search and shop online forever. In order to do this we need to create a large library of images of fashion items which are annotated (marked-up). Specifically each item in an image needs to be visually examined and a decision made on the exact type of item it is, noting the category and other descriptors including (but not limited to): fit, colour, pattern, material, and silhouette. Images need to be QA’d to ensure accuracy of 95% or higher for each object (fashion or apparel item) shown for all requiredDuties & DeliverablesThe primary responsibility of this role is to review and QA masked, annotated images fromthe both in-house and 3rd-party Data Annotation teams. This ensures that each submittedobject adheres to our rules and guidelines. Each object within an image is annotatedand assessed individually, and work is conducted on a per masked-item basis. If multipleobjects are present in a single image, each is masked and annotated separately, andtherefore assessed individually during the QA process.Feedback & ResourcesFull training will be provided on image annotation, quality expectations, error reporting andfeedback processes.Key Skills & Knowledge:Ability to understand a visual and written rule set which details the our Taxonomy*Keen attention to detail and ability to achieve a very high degree of accuracy in assessmentsAbility to visually assess individual fashion apparel and accessory items and correctly identify the full set of attributes for QA purposes.Develop and refine quality assurance guidelines and best practices.*Note: This taxonomy covers standardised fashion terms as well as custom rule sets abouthow we are determining identification and categorisation of both specialised terms (e.g.peplum skirt) and more subjective attributes (e.g. colour identification: dark blue vs royal blue)Work ScheduleAs the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime:Monday to Friday14:00 - 23:00 IST (08:30 am - 17:30 GMT)Pay & Benefits - What you’ll get in return:Annual CTC: 10 to 14 lakhsFully remote role
