Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources professional to support various HR functions in the generalist role. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and passion for fostering a positive work environment through efficient HR processes.Roles and Responsibilities:1-Onboarding & Orientation:Facilitate smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and submitted.Conduct Induction sessions, facilitate orientation sessions, and ensure new employees have a positive experience and smooth transition into the Firm.2-Talent Acquition:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels (entry, mid, and senior roles).Collaborate with the Hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.Post job openings on appropriate platforms, source, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.Salary negotiations, Documents verification and making job offers.Draft, prepare, and issue formal letters to selected candidates3-Data Management and Reporting:Compliance reportsData Management and analysis of HR data to provide insights on key HR metrics.Attendance and Leave Management 4-HR Operations:Organize and / or coordination for various employee engagement activities along with the teamLead or participate in HR-related projectsAssist employees in resolving enquiries, concerns, and grievancesVendor Management and coordinationQualifications and Experience:Master’s degree in human resources / business administration, or related field.Proven experience (4-6 years) in HR generalist role; experience in Legal or service industry would be preferable.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Skills:Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to team work.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
