ROLE PROFILE:Job Title: Global Reward Operations– Junior ManagerReports To: Global Reward Operations Senior Manager Experience -4 to 7 yearsWork Location-BangaloreMandatory skills: Relevant 3-4 years experience in Total Rewards, Global Compensation, should have experience using Workday, good in excel, done validations with strong communication adn stakeholder management.Context/Scope: Global HR Operations is Diageo’s HR Shared Service and has service centres (first point) based in Budapest, Nairobi and Bangalore that support all markets. Additionally, it has a central Reward Operations team based in Bangalore and London that supports the Global Reward Processes. a) Financial: Provide data and logistical processes which enable the business to effectively manage salary, stock and bonus budgets which are multi-million-pound investments. b) Market Complexity: Engage Globally with HR BPs, Reward teams, Executive Reward, senior Line Managers, Diageo IS and HR Process Governance, People Data Governance Drive/own a process improvement and simplification agenda for Reward processes and technologies. Responsible for managing the daily operation of the team. Deputise for the Global Reward Operations Manager. Purpose of Role: The Global Reward Operations Analyst will manage and apply defined logic to operate the inflow of data and reporting outputs of the Statistical modelling tool, to enable data-driven judgement and decisions relating to compensation processes. Top Accountabilities:Manage, operate and provide support for the Statistical Modelling tool (including developing a basic understanding of factors influencing pay)Customise and manage data flow into the systemManage the Reporting features and share appropriate reports with the HR stakeholdersGuide stakeholders on the appropriate reports that can be used and help them interpret the reportsProvide appropriate trainings if requiredManage the governance of the Analytics toolPartner with the vendor on tool implementation and maintenanceAlign with company’s compensation strategy and comply with reporting regulationsSkills, qualifications and experience required • A good understanding of best practice HR processes & data. • Strong analytical/numerical and problem-solving skills. • Methodical, logical, organized and flexible approach to work. • High level of attention to detail. • Advanced MS Excel Skills • Data and Process mapping skills and experience. • Experience of extracting and manipulating data from different data sources and reconciling that data. • Excellent communication, influencing & stakeholder management skills. • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, prioritise own workload and take ownership of problems. • Good understanding of Statistical concepts such as regression etc.Data management skillWork in close partnership with the Global Reward Operations Manager to further standardise processes and policiesInterested candidates can send your resume along with the Current and expected CTC details to neena.muthanna@
