Job Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled SIMCENTER 3D Expert with 5-8 years of experience in advanced simulation domains, includingstructural mechanics, multi-body dynamics, thermal simulation, flow simulation, and CFD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-fidelity simulations, optimizing product designs, and providing insights for performance improvements.Key Responsibilities:Perform structural mechanics simulations using Simcenter 3D to analyze stress, strain, and deformation in complex components.Conduct multi-body dynamics MBD) simulations to evaluate kinematics and dynamics of mechanical systems.Execute thermal simulations to study heat transfer, temperature distribution, and thermal stresses.Perform flow simulations to analyze fluid behavior, aerodynamics, and flow-related phenomena.Apply Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)principles to optimize product performance and efficiency.Work closely with design and engineering teams to integrate simulation insights into product development.Validate simulation results through experimental data and real-world testing.Optimize simulation workflows for improved accuracy and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve complex simulation issues.Prepare technical reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.5-8 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Simcenter 3D.Strong expertise in structural mechanics, multi-body dynamics, thermal simulation, flow simulation, and CFDProficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) SIEMENS SIMCENTER Nastran and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) using SIEMENS SIMCENTERExperience with CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to interpret and validate simulation results effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in automation of simulation processesKnowledge of programming/scripting (Python, MATLAB, or similar) for simulation automation.Exposure to optimization techniques and Design of Experiments (DOE)
