We value freedom, hard work, and initiative, and if you thrive in a dynamic, agile environment, this role is for you.Position Overview:We are looking for a Sales & Executive Support Manager to take full ownership of outboundAI sales, CRM management, LinkedIn content creation, and executive support for the CEO.This is a structured, results-driven role that will drive new business opportunities, streamline sales operations, and ensure seamless handovers to the onboarding team.The ideal candidate will be confident in leading outbound sales through Amplemarket (or an equivalent tool), ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects. They will also manage the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, writing daily thought leadership posts to generate engagement, intrigue, and leads.Additionally, they will oversee CRM updates, attend all CEO sales meetings, track action points, and ensure sales processes run efficiently. They will also handle select inbound calls where prospects appear too small, assessing their potential before passing them on or closing the loop. This is a structured role with clear deliverables, requiring strong organisation, attention todetail, and proactive execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Pipeline & Lead GenerationOwn and execute outbound sales efforts using Amplemarket (or an equivalent tool).Drive consistent lead generation, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.Manage outreach, track performance, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.Re-engage old/cold leads, exploring potential opportunities to revive relationships.Sales Process & CRM ManagementOwn Internal Sales Pipeline document, ensuring it is regularly updated and managed.Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring all sales leads, communications, and opportunities are accurately recorded.Ensure all necessary sales documentation (Heads of Terms, contracts, onboarding information) is thorough, well-organised, and passed to the onboarding team in a structured, timely manner.Monitor and manage CEO’s inbox, leaving only key emails that require his attention unread/starred.Meeting Support & Follow-UpsAttend all CEO-led sales meetings, recording key action points and follow-ups.Own the follow-up process, ensuring all necessary data, documents, and next steps are completed.Handle solo meetings for inbound leads that appear too small, assessing their potential before escalation.Conduct 1-to-1 review meetings with the CEO to track sales progress and areas for improvement.Personal Branding & LinkedIn ContentManage the CEO’s LinkedIn presence, ensuring daily engagement and thought leadership.Write 5 LinkedIn posts per week (1 per day) to drive engagement, sales intrigue, and momentum.Execute a structured branding and content strategy to enhance industry positioning.Sales Journey ProjectTake ownership of or support a large-scale sales journey project, focusing on execution and structured improvement.Work alongside the CEO to refine the sales process, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Daily Preparation & Performance TrackingPrepare daily notes on upcoming meetings and the sales journey.Ensure all sales actions and tasks are structured, completed, and documented.What Success Looks LikeThis is a structured, deliverables-based role, so performance will be reviewed through:Consistent pipeline generation – Are outbound sales efforts generating high-quality leads?CRM accuracy – Is every sales conversation and document logged correctly?Meeting effectiveness – Are follow-ups handled, and are action points executed?Inbox management – Is the CEO's inbox efficiently organised, with clear prioritisation?LinkedIn engagement – Are posts generating sales intrigue and brand momentum?Seamless onboarding handovers – Are new clients passed on efficiently with all required information?Process improvements – Are sales workflows becoming more structured and efficient over time?Why Join Us?Lead and own outbound sales efforts, shaping the company’s business growth.Work directly with the CEO, gaining high-level strategic exposure.Structured role with clear deliverables, ensuring professional growth.Remote and flexible working environment with room for expansion.Be part of a fast-growing, dynamic company with an exciting future ahead.Work ScheduleAs the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime:Monday to Friday13:30 - 21:30 IST (08:00 am - 17:00 GMT)Pay & Benefits - What you’ll get in return:Annual CTC: 8 to 10 lakhsDevice: Laptop providedFully remote roleBe part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture which encourages your suggestions for improvement as we growFull training and ongoing supportAn unparalleled opportunity to be a team member of the UK’s largest mobile servicing, maintenance and repair business
