The operations are highly people-dependent, process-focused, and significantly interdependent through multiple touch points and systems.After two years of operations and learning, the company intends to have a “Process Excellence and Quality” team to bring in culture of Quality and First Time Right(FTR) in all the actions. This will require a structured approach with specific focus on Process design and solutioning, Process documentation, Learning and Development, Creating process champions using quality tools like SixSigma, Kaizen etc., and perform quality audit on real-time basis.The company is looking for a Assistant Manager, to work in this vertical.key responsibilities include –The objective is to work with manager to deliver consistent and high-quality serviceto customers across the various towers i.e -P2P, RTR, OTC, FP&A & Taxation: with Consistent, Reliable Standards. The envisaged role would broadly cover the followingareas.Process design and solution: Design and solution of new processes along with operating team to meet customer expectations, ensure controls and derive productivity across. This design and solution would also extend to re-engineering of the existing process through continuous improvement and to address any weakness in controls, deliverables. The PE and QA team to be the interconnect point for all process covering multiple workstreams.Process documentation: To ensure all the processes are documented in a standard format with version control; to enable ease of operations through standard work instructions; Processes which are modified through work instructions are updated on regular basis.Process improvements: Process improvements and re-engineering culture to be driven across the organization on continuous basis using various tools like Kaizen, Six Sigma etc.,Training on continuous basis: PE and QA team to develop contents and conduct training program to the new and existing team members on regular intervals. The training should enable the team to secure/renew their “License to operate.” Work closely with quality audit and operations team to structure and design the training contents and program schedules.Conducting a 2 to 3 day training program for all new employees covering all operations-related topics, followed by an assessment before their deployment into production.Monitoring assessment scores to ensure they meet the minimum passing criteria before transitioning new hires to the production floor.Providing necessary access to LMS Tool for new joiners.Quality audit: To design and perform quality audit across process on concurrent basis. The quality audit should enable to provide assurance to the customer and at the same act as input to training and enable line managers on assessment of team capabilities and interventions requiredProcess Scorecards: To definerelevant score cards for monitoring of the effectiveness of process, control environment and deliverables.Organization Design and SizingThe Functionto be headed by the Process Excellence Lead and reporting to SDH as an independent function.
