FAI is seeking highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer (Remote India) with a strong background in software development and expertise in C#, .NET8 ,ReactJs, AWS, Web API, SQL server .Roles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications solutions using C#, .NET Core 8, ReactJs, and other relevant technologies.Implement microservices architecture and web APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Lead and mentor junior developers in best practices and coding standards.Own end-to-end delivery of software projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand and prioritize requirements.Ensure code quality and performance by conducting regular code reviews and performance tuning.Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments.Keep abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in software development.Technical Skills:Strong experience in software development with expertise in C#, .NET Core 8, ReactJS, Web API, SQL, and AWS.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven track record of owning end-to-end delivery of software projects.Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.Educational Qualification:Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science / Information TechnologyProfessional work experience of 8 to 15 years.
