Conduct detailed real estate market research, highlighting future growth potential in micro-market and asset class, and recommended profitable development option for the land parcel.Strategic Planning:•Formulate and execute long-term business strategies aligned with organizational goals.•Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to guide decision-making.•Present strategic recommendations to the leadership team and board of directors.Operational Excellence:•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business strategies.•Monitor and report on the performance of strategic initiatives and business development activities.•Devising risk mitigation measures to minimize bottlenecks in Project Execution, applying Financial, Technical and legal understanding of the subject.
