Our mission is to drive customer success with our relentless product innovation at more than 20,000 organizations in every region of the world - including more than half of the Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies.HCL DevOps Velocity: Is a data-driven value stream management platform that automates the delivery and interpretation of data so businesses can make faster, more strategic decisions and streamline processes.We are looking for a Sr. NodeJS Developer in our Product team with 4+ years of experience who possess the following skills:Mandate Skill:Btech/BE in Computer Science or related technical field or proof of exceptional skills in related fields with practical software engineering experience.Strong programming skills in NodeJS, ReactJS or JavaScript. Good knowledge on DevSecOps practices, CI/CD tool usages, high level design, code reviews etc. Expert in microservices design, API development. Implement applications with MongoDB or any NoSQL database. Good experience in product root cause analysis of customer reported issues and quickly come up with the short-term/long-term fix. Must have excellent communication with the customers.Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS highly desirable. Knowledge of Azure DevOps is an added advantage.Job Responsibilities:Strong coding skills in Product Development and EngineeringHands on design, coding, code review as a part of product developmentQuality features delivery, bug fixes and make product scalable and easy to useApply DevSecOps practices and CI/CD automations to deliver value to the customers frequentlyBe a Client Advocate for customers and communicate on upcoming features, issues etc. Work with Product Management on the roadmap prioritiesManaging customer escalations as L3/SME, thinking out of the box providing troubleshooting with quick turnaround on product fix packs.Prepare technical write-ups for the product documentation publications.Create product related VLOGs or BLOGs for the customers as and when features are released.Demo product features to customers, partners and pre-salesWork with global product teams.
