In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key business clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with our product offerings & acquiring new clients across the geographies aligned.Key Responsibilities:Business development and new client acquisitionMeeting and exceeding sales targetsMonthly/Quarterly reporting of Sales and current projects to the ManagementBuilding strategy for the smooth flow in sales execution, end to end process of Sales Execution.Preparing for the Exhibition and Trade ShowsCold Calling, Client Meeting, Lead GenerationOrder Opening, Pricing & CataloguingSupervise backend sales operation for assigned locationCoordination with Logistic & Shipping Team for smooth flow of goodsGeneral Correspondence with Client, communicating for after sales servicesBe a point of contact for Sales Team & FactoriesCoordination with Factory & Designing TeamCoordinate with Graphics Team for Client PresentationTeam Management – Coaching, mentoring, provide sales & system trainingQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or Diploma in Jewelry or MBA in MarketingExperience: 3-10years experience in B2B sales, Business Development and New Client Acquisition.Skills:Verbal and Written Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly & Understanding client needs and responding appropriately.Lead Generation and Prospecting: Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.Additional Requirements:Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
