Supervisor Power Platform and Dynamics CRM Consultant We are seeking a Supervisor level consultant with complementary experience in both Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing end-to-end business solutions using the aforementioned platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise and business acumen to bridge functional requirements with scalable technology solutions. Furthermore, this individual will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors throughout the project, providing development and deployment leadership and support. Strong written and oral communication skills are key to this role.Desired Skills & ExperienceEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Technical Skills RequiredTechno-functional experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Power Platform Solutions with Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate FlowsTechno-functional experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales and core Microsoft CRM scenariosTechno-functional knowledge of Power Pages, AI Builder, and SharePointComfortable with Custom Connectors and Azure ServicesUnderstanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK, and development concepts like client-side scripting and server-side pluginsCustomize, configure and extend Dynamics CRM based on business requirements.Architect optimizations and enhancements for Dynamics CRM functionality.Data/Database Formats: In-depth understanding of XML, DB Schemas, and JSON. Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, and data integration.Web Technologies: Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.Programming Background: Solid foundation in a software development language.Delivery Leadership:Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, detailed risk assessments, and regular status reports.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align mappings and business requirements.Manage project scope, proactively identifying and mitigating risks or potential delays.Facilitate clear communication and effective collaboration between functional teams and business stakeholders.Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or a related field.7+ years of experience with Power Platform and 5+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM.Experience in D365 Customer Service and Field Service modules a plus.Expertise in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization and automation using Power Platform tools.Expertise in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Effective communication and presentation skills.Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics CRM certifications desired.Shift Timings2 PM – 11 PM IST
