For more information, please visit: "the role:Role Overview:As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Livspace, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's visibility and credibility through effective partnerships with influencers and celebrities. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, relationship-building, and coordination skills to drive impactful campaigns and engage our target audiences across social media platforms.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential influencers, develop and maintain a comprehensive repository of influencer contacts, organized by category and region who align with our brand Engage with influencers and/or their managers to discuss collaboration opportunities, negotiate costs, and establish deliverables tailored to our content niche and target audiences.Project manage celebrity collaborations - coordinate with multiple celebrities and their managers to foster relationships that reinforce Livspace’s brand vision.Partner with internal teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders to manage deliverables, timelines, and content for celebrity collaborations.Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination for home tour shoots with Livspace clients and agencies, maintaining clear communication and logistical support to facilitate an excellent experienceWork closely with multiple stakeholders including Creative Studio, Finance, Procurement, Brand Marketing etc.to align influencer content with broader brand campaigns and goalsMonitor and evaluate the impact of influencer collaborations, providing insights for optimization and improvementsQualifications:MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the interior design, home improvement, or lifestyle sectors.Strong knowledge of influencer landscapes across social media platforms, including regional and niche influencers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and celebrity influencers.Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and optimizing for success.
