Our team consists of experts in machine learning and software engineers who have worked at top-tier US tech companies like Apple, etc , and we are passionate about using AI to improve access to credit information for businesses. We have the product on the market, the first clients, and sufficient runway.We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with a robust background in Figma, rapid prototyping, and innovative UI/UX design. This role demands a creative thinker who can brainstorm new products, design intuitive interfaces, and contribute significantly to the development of user-centric solutions in the field of AI and B2B financial information and services.ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design: Design aesthetically pleasing and highly functional user interfaces using Figma. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.Rapid Prototyping: Quickly translate ideas into visual artifacts and iterate on feedback to refine product designs.Product Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize new products or features that leverage AI to enhance business information reporting.User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights about user needs and behaviors. Apply this knowledge to inform design decisions and improve user experience.Collaboration: Work closely with design partners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals.Design System Management: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across the product suite and streamline the design process.QualificationsProven experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design and visual design skills.Expertise in Figma and other design tools necessary for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Experience with rapid prototyping and dynamic UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a track record of applying these principles in various projects.Knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, particularly in AI and business intelligence platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment working with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.What We OfferThe opportunity to be part of a growing startup at the forefront of AI and supply chain.A role where you can impact the direction and success of the company by designing innovative product solutions.Competitive salary
