This role will require a strong understanding of the study abroad industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLiaise with International Universities.Directly monitor and manage a team of senior counselors and counselors.Quality Control Management.Set up the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company.Education Counselling and handling all walk-ins.Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team target.Supervise daily work of the team members and review and generate daily activity report.Build-up and maintain good relationship with students and their families and develop a feedback system.Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level.Converting all calls to potential business.Call and maintain a database of present and prospective student base.Contact and follow-up with schools for sessions and empanelment.Periodically review the website content and explore digital marketing tools.Supervising sales & marketing and Business development teams across the region.Responsible for the profit & loss of the branch.Responsible for the Revenue generation at the branch as per the defined target.Team Building, training, motivating and retaining talent.Proper functioning of the branch (on time opening and closing) and process at the branch and ensure at most satisfaction on scheduled and surprise audits.Ensure the branch office operates efficiently, including managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policiesAbout the CandidateExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage and lead a team.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyse performance metrics.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in any subject.≥7 year of experience in the study abroad industry, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.Strong understanding of the study abroad industry, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements SI-UK & SI-Global respects diversity and is an equal-opportunity employer.
